In the apartment complex, which has two separate entrances, you will find four bathrooms, five toilets, six bedrooms and two spacious living rooms with fully equipped kitchens with an entrance to a shared private grass patio, an artificial golf green and a Barbecue House with lots of seating space, a fireplace and a hot tub.

Of course, there is free WIFI.

The apartment complex includes a separate storage space for skis, golf clubs and bicycles.

On the first floor you will find a spacious living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, bar counter and bar stools, smart TV, fireplace, comfortable sofa, spacious dining table and chairs, large bathroom with toilet. We haven't forgotten about your entertainment either, so you can also play table football on the professional Garland table in this generous space. In this area there are exits to the private grounds of the villa and a sun terrace with seating area, which all year round provides beautiful views of the surroundings and the hills of the Low Tatras.

On the second, attic floor there are two triple bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed, one double bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Each room has a balcony with a unique view and is equipped with spacious wardrobes, bedside tables with lighting and luggage storage.

In this part of Vila Grín, which has a separate entrance, there is an entrance hall with a staircase, a living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, a glass ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dining table with a bench, a TV and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. From the living room there is an entrance to the grassy patio, where you can enjoy your cup of coffee.

Upstairs on the second floor/attic, there are two rooms with a separate toilet. The three- bed room is equipped with a queen size bed and one single bed, bedside tables with lighting and a wardrobe.

In the smaller two-bed room you will find two separate single beds equipped with bedside tables with lighting and storage space.

Total capacity of 5 people (plus the possibility of 2 extra pull-out beds).

The space is covered with the possibility of being fully enclosed in colder weather or opened up in the summer months. The hot tub for 6 people is a part of the Barbecue House and is located in its partially separated section.

Barbecue tools and a kettle with accessories are available.
