For a stay of 4 nights, a 4% discount on the total price
For a stay of 5 nights, a 6% discount on the total price

The price for holidays (Christmas, New Year's Eve, Easter, other statutory holidays, etc.) is negotiable.
The price includes: accomodation, local tax for accomodation 0,70 €/per person/per day, parking, utilities, TV, WIFI, bed sheets, towels, kitchen towels, fireplace wood, portable baby crib 1x, baby feeding highchair 1x, tools for barbecuing, goulash kettle, hot tub*
Additional charges: Final cleaning Apartment 1: 65,- €, Apartment 2 : 35,- €
Pets – Only small pets/small dogs breeds.

Payment and Cancellation Conditions
- The price is based on the type of accomodation per night, inlcuding utilities and local tax for accomodation.
- We require a deposit in the amount of 50% of the total price amount of your stay, which is payable within 5 days from the approval of the order and accepting general terms and conditions, payment and cancellation conditions. Your reservation will be accepted after receiving 50% of the total price amount for the stay in our account.
- The client is obligated to pay the remaining 50% of the total price amount no later than 15 days before the start of their stay. In case of non-payment, the reservation will be cancelled.
- A refundable deposit of €100 will be added to the price amount of accommodation in case of damage to the property, loss or damage to any items on the property, or loss of keys and the amount for final cleaning. The deposit will be returned to the client's account if none of the above mentioned damage/loss is caused within 7 days after the end of their stay.
- 5. Reservation Cancellations:
- If the reservation is cancelled more than 15 days prior to the date of arrival, the client is entitled to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price amount of the stay
- If the reservation is cancelled less than 15 days prior to the date of arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total price amount of the stay
- The cancellation fee is calculated in the paid price amount for the accomodation.
